Unregistered version of our software may be freely distributed on online services, bulletin boards, or any other electronic media as long as the files are distributed in their entirety without a fee.

You may not:

1. distribute registered versions of our software

2. distribute unregistered versions of our software on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media for a fee without the permission of Ordix® Interactive.

Every effort has been made to make our products robust and of professional quality. Products are tested on a variety of systems, and virus-scanned prior to deployment.

With respect to our software products, you may not:

1. defeat, or try to defeat, messages in our software which encourage users to register, or actively discourage user registration in any other way;

2. modify, rent or resell for profit our software, or prepare AND/OR create derivative works based upon our software;

3. decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce our software to a human perceivable form;

4. publicize or distribute any registration code algorithms, information, or registration codes used by our software without permission of Ordix® Interactive;

5. use any registration codes for our software that have not been purchased from Ordix® or an authorized representative of Ordix®.

Free Unlimited Lifetime Upgrade Policy

After purchasing our software, you are entitled to free unlimited lifetime upgrade of our software. With effect from 1st December 2003, Ordix® reserves the rights to withdraw this free policy at any time prior to a notification to the licensee. In no event shall Ordix® be liable for consequences following this withdrawal even if the licensee has not acknowledge the notification.


No Refund Policy

Ordix® provides full functionality software without evaluation time limitation. You are expected to test and evaluate the software before purchasing. Therefore, no refund will be granted unless under special circumstances. Refunds dispute will be handled on case by case basis and Ordix® reserves the rights to evaluation such situations.


Disclaimer of Warranty

Ordix® expressly disclaims any warranty for our software. Our software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The entire risk arising out of use or performance of our software remains with you. Our software is not fault tolerant and should not be used in any environment which requires this. No liability for damages. In no event shall Ordix® or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use our software, even if Ordix® has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and of our software shall remain with Ordix®. Our software is protected by international copyright treaties.
